QDo you offer free blade/rubber setup (Including gluing the rubber and cutting)?
A : Yes, we do! Please include the details (which side red/black) in the order instructions.

Q:How can I order a table or big items such as robot?
A : Just place the order online and we will arrange the shipping once payment is confirmed.

Q : What payment options do you offer?
A : We accept online credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard) and other payment methods using Dragonpay. You can also pay via Dragonpay over the counter. (see options below)

QWhat shipping options do you offer?
A : We offer JRS & LBS. Although we'd suggest shipping using JRS since they are cheaper and accepts shipment of glue products.

QHow long will it take for my order to arrive?
A : It will usually take 2-3 business days at most for your items to arrive. If payment is confirmed before 3:00pm on a business day, items can be shipped to you the next day.

QHow do you ship tables or big equipment?
A :  We do free shipping for tables or big equipment within certain areas inside Metro Manila. We charge a standard fee of PHP1,500 for big orders but will refund the amount depending on your location. Only pick this option if you're having tables, robots, or big orders shipped.

A : We will update your order status with the tracking number once it is picked up by our courier.

QWho should I contact if I have any problems with my order?
A : You can contact us via email: shop@greenpaddle.com, with your order # stated in the email subject. Or you can message us directly in the shop. We will reply within a few hours on any business day.


QIf there's a defect, how can I return the product? Will I get free returns?
A : If there’s a factory defect, we will replace your product within 7 days of shipment. You can either exchange the product in our branches or by mail.
