How to Order (FAQ)

Do you offer free blade/rubber setup (Including gluing the rubber and cutting)?

We offer free cutting and assembly but customers would have to purchase the glue to be used. For a selection of glue products, please visit this page. Please also include the details (which side is red/black) in the order instructions.

How can I order a table or big items such as robot?

Just place the order online and we will arrange the shipping once payment is confirmed.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept PayPal, credit card payments via 2Checkout and PayPal, payment methods using Dragonpay as well as cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Litecoin using Coinbase Commerce. (see options below)

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer JRS & LBC. Although we'd suggest shipping using JRS since they are cheaper and accepts shipment of glue products.

You can also pick up your online order from any of our 2 physical branches. Upon checkout, please choose Pickup in Green Paddle Branch (In-store pickup ONLY) if you're certain that you will be dropping by our branches to pick up your order!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For domestic orders, it usually take 2-3 business days at most for your items to arrive. If payment is confirmed before 3:00pm on a business day, items can be shipped to you the next day.

How do you ship tables or big equipment?

We do free shipping for tables or big equipment within certain areas inside Metro Manila. We charge a standard fee of PHP2,500 for big orders in our online store but will refund the amount depending on your location. Only pick this option if you're having tables, robots, or orders with many items shipped.

What's my tracking number?

We will update your order status with the tracking number once it is picked up by our courier.

Who should I contact if I have any problems with my order?

You can contact us via email:, with your order # stated in the email subject. Or you can message us directly via Facebook Messenger. We will reply within a few hours on any business day.

If there's a defect, how can I return the product? Will I get free returns?

If there’s a factory defect, we will replace your product within 7 days of shipment. You can either exchange the product in our branches or by mail. 

I don't like the product, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, Green Paddle doesn't offer refunds as our products encompass a wide range of items and it will be impractical for us to handle refunds. If you have any questions, just shoot us an email or chat us on Facebook Messenger and we will see what we can do.
