Returns are subject to the Green Paddle Online Store Terms and Conditions.
- Eligible products for return are products with factory defects upon receiving the shipment by the customer. Green Paddle does not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
- For eligible products, customers have up to 14 calendar days from the time they receive the item(s) to initiate a return. Green Paddle will always update the customer on the status of each order (pending, shipped, etc.).
- Customers can bring the eligible products to any of Green Paddle's physical locations to initiate the return but must call/message/email us in advance so we can prepare the items for replacement.
- Customers can also ship the eligible products for return to our headquarters at Caloocan branch (shipping fee shouldered by customer) and we will assess to either replace the product (shipping fee shouldered by Green Paddle) or issue a refund.
