The Table Tennis Association of the Philippines (TATAP) under the auspices of the ITTF, authorized the Table Tennis Association of North District (TATAND) to organized the Basic Certified Umpire Course, and the Advanced Certified Umpire Course. The ITTF Umpires and Referees Committee (URC) authorized Ms. Rachel Ramos, ITTF Blue-Badge umpire and Certified Racket Controller to be the course conductor.
