
Signing of MOA among selected table tennis clubs/associations. This alliance of various clubs/association is meant to promote the sport of table tennis, foster friendship and harmonious relationship among the players and supporters; to share common resource enhance, and improve the environment for the benefit of all members of each association.
This momentous event is witnessed by PSC Chairman Harry Angping, TATAP President Col. Cesar Binag, TATAND Chairman Emeritus Mr. Chan Cuan, TATAND Chairman Mr. Nelson Lee.

This signing of this MOA aims to form an alliance or union among members of the table tennis communities by organizing a table tennis league (similar to a commercial league and eventually become a professional league) that will strenghten the development of the sport.
All parties are bound to assist each other in training and development programs; assist each other in tournament software and hardware including technical personnel; regulate program tournament schedule to avoid conflict of schedules; regular friendly visitation to foster friendship among members, support common ideals in the national development program; share information on international events or other related matter; initiate a semi-commercial league to be participated by members; new club/association members will be subject to approval of majority of the founding members.
