Illumina, the latest "Nanos" technology rubber created by AIR. We researched the latest "Nanos" technology on the basis of the SCIROCCO rubber. When we tested the SCIROCCO rubber, we found the spin was good and the speed is good. Then we were thinking of how we can make the new rubber the best combination of spin and speed. Through lengthy researching and testing, we found a new technology, we called it "Nanos". We made it based on the SCIROCCO to add the new material to make the sponge more bouncy, and the rubber more spinny.

This is the Air UpUpUp table tennis long pips, a new innovation from Air.
UPUPUPUP is very unusual because of its unique formulation. The top of the pips are rough, but faster than normal long pips. Against light spin balls it can significantly produce its own spin like regular inverted or short pips but against heavy spin its able to reverse the spin and give the traditional long pips effect. The control is excellent for a long pips rubber, the ball will almost never pop up against loops or chops. The tackiness of the pips provides excellent control at the expense of spin reversal. Even with this grip all the traditional long pips shots can be done easily.
These effects are from "the GREEN" and "negatron" technologies. "the GREEN" technology used on AIR sponges offers a soft feel, to give rubber Unlimited Power, Unlimited Bounce, and Unlimited Rebound.
